We greatly appreciate your order however, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Please take the time to review our size charts and double check your order is correct before you complete your order. Although we inspect every piece before it is shipped to ensure the best quality possible, it is possible to received a damaged item. If you think that you have received a defective item, please feel free to contact us at contactus@sweetsoutherngracecompany.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will be glad to exchange the item. All exchanged items must be mailed back, with tracking, within 3 days of your notification.

In addition, human errors are possible and mistakes happen. If you were sent incorrect items, please contact us at contactus@sweetsoutherngracecompany.com as soon as possible so that we can work to correct the issue. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or provide store credit.

ALL RETURNS must remain NEW and in un-washed, and un-worn condition.
